ZeusFit365 Exchange & Store Credit Policy

At ZeusFit365, your satisfaction is our top priority. While we currently do not offer returns or refunds, we are happy to provide exchanges or store credit to ensure you find the perfect fit and style.

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request an exchange or store credit within 7 days of receiving your order. To begin the process, simply contact our customer service team with your order details. We’ll guide you through the next steps and provide instructions for sending the item back.

To be eligible for an exchange or store credit:

• The item must be in new, unused condition

• All original tags and packaging must be intact

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue your store credit or process the exchange accordingly. Please note: shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
